Recycled no waste felted Sweater dress tunic

A one of piece. The fabric is handmade from new fabric, wool roving and nibs. It is nuno felted which means the fabric is lightly spread with the merino wool. Then the nibs and other embellishments are added to the top and the entire piece is then felted. 

New fabric makes the wide sleeves.

Underarm to underarm 18 1/2" or 39" around

Hem to hem 28" or 56" 

Underarm to hem 27"
