The flirty frill shape of the skirt is so cute. You can wear this with any cotton tee's or tank tops.

  • LENGTH : Side Seam 54cm or 21" to top of waistband, or 44cm or 17" to bottom of waistband.  Use the waistband to adjust the length that you wear the skirt at.  Fold over waistband to shorten.
